API's, whether visible or not) of the Framble website or
mobile application or any other websites or applications
that we own or operate (the “Website”) and/or registering on
the Website, you agree to be bound by (i) these Terms and
Conditions (ii) our Privacy Policy (iii) our Cookies Policy
and (iv) the Rules of Play ] (together the
"Terms"),which are displayed on our website @
www.framble.co.uk and are deemed to have accepted and
understood at all times.

Please read the Terms carefully before opening an account
with us and if you do not accept the Terms, do not use,
visit or access any part (including, but not limited to,
sub-domains, source code and/or website APIs, whether
visible or not) of the Website.

The Terms apply to betting or gaming via mobile devices
including, downloadable applications to a mobile device as
if references to your use of the Website were references to
your use of our telephone betting and/or mobile devices
betting facilities.

References in these Terms to "Framble", "we", "us" or "our"
will be to Flutter Media Ltd.

References to "you", "your" or the "customer" is reference
to any person using the Website and mobile app or the
services of Framble and/or any registered customer of

or "written" in these terms, this includes emails.

Your Account. |
3.1 |
Before you can use our services, you need to open an account
and deposit funds which are sufficient to cover your bet.

In consideration of our accepting your application to open
an account, you represent to us (and acknowledge that we
rely on these representations) as follows:

You are 18 years of age or over. It is an offence for
anyone under the age of 18 to open an account or to
gamble on Framble.

You are of sound mind and capable of taking
responsibility for your own actions and that you can
enter into a legally binding agreement with us.

You agree to provide accurate registration
information, including without limitation your correct
name, date of birth and your country of residence. You
agree to inform us of any changes in such details.

3.2.4. |
You are the person whose details are provided in
connection with your registration, or, in the case of
legal entities, you are a duly authorised
representative of the relevant legal entity.

3.2.5. |
You are acting as a principal and not as an agent on
behalf of a third party.

3.2.6. |
You are not an undischarged bankrupt or in a voluntary
arrangement with your creditors.
|
3.2.7. |
You are not located in a country where the use of our
services is prohibited, for example the United States
of America, Turkey or any other country with a
comparable legal situation. You are entirely
responsible for complying with your own local,
national, federal, state or other laws concerning
betting and gaming prior to opening an account,
placing any bets or using our services.

3.2.8. |
You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion from
a Framble account and neither we nor any other
operator has excluded you from gambling; and
|
3.2.9. |
You will, following a request from us (which may be
made at any time before or after you open an account
with us), promptly provide any documentation or
information which we request in order to evidence your
identity, age, address, country of birth or
authorisation to use a particular credit or debit card
(and you agree that we may perform checks in order to
verify any such documentation or information).

3.3. |
It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to
date on your account. Failure to do so may result in you
failing to receive important account related notifications
and information from Framble, including changes we make to
these Terms.

3.4. |
You are solely responsible for the security and
confidentiality of your account.
|
3.5. |
Provided that we have been correctly supplied with the
account information requested, we are entitled to assume
that offers and payments are made by you. You should change
your password on a regular basis and never disclose it to
any third party. If another person accesses your account,
you are solely responsible for all their actions whether or
not their access was authorised by you, and you hereby
indemnify us and hold us harmless against all costs, claims,
expenses and damages howsoever arising in connection with
the use of or access to your account by any third party.

3.6. |
Any individual is only permitted to have one account on
Framble at any time. If Framble discovers that multiple
accounts are being operated by the same individual, this may
lead to all of that individual's accounts being closed and
the individual being excluded from using Framble's service.
Framble reserves the right to monitor accounts and personal
details to check for such unauthorised use.

3.7. |
We will store your account history for a minimum period of
12 months. Should you wish to access this, we will provide
this on reasonable notice.
|
4. |
Deposit and withdrawal of Funds. |
4.1. |
To bet on Framble, you will first need to deposit funds.
|
4.2. |
The deposit funds are to be held by our validated payment
provider in a separate client account. The arrangement meets
the gambling commissions requirements for the protection of
customer funds.
|
4.3. |
In the event of insolvency, your deposit funds will be
protected by our payment provider.
|
4.4. |
You undertake that:
4.4.1. |
all money that you deposit in your account is
untainted with any illegality and, in particular, does
not originate from any illegal activity or source; and
|
4.4.2. |
all payments made into your account are authorised and
you will not attempt to reverse a payment made into
your account or take any action which will cause such
a payment to be reversed by a third party, in order to
avoid any legitimate liability.

4.5. |
You accept that all transactions may be checked to prevent
money laundering and that any transactions made by you which
Framble deems suspicious, may be reported to the appropriate
authorities.

4.6. |
You accept that credit card payments will not be accepted by
Framble as a form of payment. Deposits can be made by debit
card only.

5. |
Your Privacy & Copyright. |
5.1. |
The information that you send to us will be processed in
accordance with our Privacy Policy which is displayed on our
website @ www.framble.co.uk

5.2. |
You authorise us, at any time, to use any means that we
consider necessary to verify your identity and
creditworthiness with any third-party providers of
information.
|
5.3. |
You authorise us, at any time, to collect and gather
information by any means we consider necessary to identify
any transactions which we may deem to be suspicious. This
may include but is not limited to, bets that you have won,
the amounts that you have won and lost and the nature of the
bets that you engage with.

5.4. |
You accept that any activity deemed by us to amount to a
suspicious transaction may result in your account being
temporarily suspended or that you will be prevented from
placing future bets.

5.5. |
You accept and agree that records relating to these
investigations may be kept by us, irrespective of the
outcome of those investigations. All information gathered
will be stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. |
Copyright. |
6.1 |
All users agree that by sharing any media content including
but not limited to video, still images and audio, whether
shared to their own framble account or another framble users
account, that by uploading such media they agree to transfer
all copyright rights to flutter media ltd, including and not
limited to economic rights and moral rights
|
7. |
Errors and Omissions. |
7.1 |
You will inform us as soon as you become aware of any errors
with respect to your account and you will forfeit any
amounts shown to be in your account that result from human
error or technical fault.

8. |
Suspension or Termination of Your Account.
|
8.1. |
Either we or you may suspend or terminate your account at
any time, and also remove bets or challenges either with or
without cause, upon notice (we will use our reasonable
endeavours to give such notice to you either before or after
suspending or terminating your account). Please contact us
if you would like to close your account.

8.2. |
We reserve the right to withhold funds in your account from
you pending the determination of any investigation
(including any relevant external investigation) where:
8.2.1. |
we suspect you have acted in breach of these Terms or
any other agreement relevant to your activities on our
site, including where we suspect the account has been
linked with fraudulent or dishonest activity; and/or
|
8.2.2. |
we have withheld the funds in your account by law or
to comply with any advice, request or instruction from
any governmental, regulatory or enforcement authority.

8.3. |
Following the determination of any such investigation we
reserve the right to seize some or all of the funds in your
account if we are satisfied that you have acted in breach of
these Terms or any other agreement relevant to your
activities on our site. We will deal with any funds obtained
by us in this manner at our sole and absolute discretion
and/or in accordance with any advice, request or instruction
from any governmental, regulatory or enforcement authority.

8.4. |
For the avoidance of doubt at no point during any such
period will interest accrue to you on any funds in your
account.
